Humane Society of the Treasure Coast to give back to Great Give Martin donors
Stuart, Fla./May 2, 2014 — The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast (HSTC) is participating in the Great Give Martin event on May 6 and offering “give backs” of its own for anyone who supports its cause during this 24-hour online giving event. Designed to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofits in a single day, this event has been organized by the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Martin County Community Foundation and the United Way of Martin County.
Those who donate $50 or more to the HSTC during this May 6 online event will receive either a 50 percent discount off of a dog or cat adoption at the HSTC’s shelter or $30 off of an HSTC obedience class. These discounts are transferable to family members and are good until Dec. 31, 2014. To donate and take advantage of this offer, go online to https://www.hstc1.org and click on the Great Give Martin logo.
Great Give Martin is one of more than 100 giving days across the country being promoted in partnership with Give Local America, making it likely to be the largest online fundraising event in history. This countywide event is intended to celebrate the spirit of giving and strengthen the local community through a collective effort.
