Guests also will have the opportunity to pre-register for the HSTC’s Mutt March and receive a special HSTC tote. For $10, visitors can buy a Mutt March raffle ticket to take a chance at winning  a $1000, $500 and $250 American Express gift card, which will be given away at the Mutt March.
