Critters to take the main spotlight during Humane Society adoption special
Palm City, Fla. — Move over dogs and cats — the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast (HSTC) will be shining the spotlight on critters of all kinds from July 20 to 22. That’s when adoption discounts will be applied to rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and pocket pets that are currently making their homes at the HSTC’s shelter, 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave., Palm City.
The discounted adoption fee during this promotion for rabbits is $10; guinea pigs, $6; and ferrets, $20. The fee for a pocket pet is just $2. Rabbit spay/neuter vouchers also will be on sale for $20.
On Sat., July 21, critter lovers also can take advantage of critter experts Tracie Harris and Sara Kyle, who will be on hand to answer any questions about care or health.
For more info contact Sara Kyle at (772) 708-9668 or via e-mail, skyle@hstc1.org.
